LUNCH: Consider preparing
your snack items in advance (i.e., chicken salad) or pick up your favorite fresh deli meat for sandwiches. Add
choice of bread or crackers along with your choice of added condiments, (lettuce, tomatoes, olives, pickles, cheese and fruit.
DINNER:
Baked Salmon, Talapia or Orange Roughy, (lemons to saute/garnish) bake potato, sour cream/butter, green salad/dressing
and bread of choice (rolls, croissants, etc.)
