DEPOSITS Camp Beaver has not found it necessary
to require a deposit at this time as we have experienced no damages by any of our customers. In the event that damage
occurs during your visit, we trust that you will act responsibly and agree to a fee in porportion to the damage incurred.

DAMAGE As this is a smoke-free facility,
inside smoking is strongly prohibited. An inspection is done before and after each visit. Each person will be
held responsible for any damage such as cigarette burns made to sofa, bedding or furniture, pet damage or any other damage
that may be caused during your visit.

SECURITY ENTRY CODE Your personal security code will be provided the day before your arrival. Your
Security Code will allow you access inside the cabin. Codes can be used during your visit only and will be deleted upon
your departure.
